Who counts as a staff user?

Any teacher, administrator, or other school staff with a LiveSchool login and full access to all functionality within the LiveSchool platform.

Can we add users later?

Yes! Additional staff users are charged on a pro-rated basis.

Are there any minimums?

There is a minimum of 15 staff for the Lite plan and 10 staff for the Premium and Premium Plus plans.

Do we pay for students/guardians?

All plans are based on the number of staff users who will access LiveSchool. There is no fee based on the number of students or guardians.

Payment

Do you take credit cards?

Yes! You can pay by credit card or purchase order once you confirm your renewal subscription.

Do we need to provide payment before launching?

No! You may commit to purchasing LiveSchool by confirming your quote. You can then provide a purchase order, credit card payment, check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer once your funds have been released.

How long is the subscription?

The minimum subscription is 12 months. For multiple years, discounts are available!

Do you have a Sole Source Letter?

Yes, LiveSchool's school-wide behavior management and reporting platform is a sole source product manufactured, sold, and distributed exclusively. Download our Sole Source Letter here.

Getting Started

How long does it take to start?

We can help a school launch in as little as 48 hours. A district rollout takes as little as 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. If your school utilizes Clever to sync with LiveSchool, this will be dependent on your technology team.

How does training work?

With our Lite and Premium plans, you'll use our step-by-step Site Launch guide. If you purchase our Premium Plus plan, we’ll provide a guided implementation experience including training for teachers.

What is a Site Leader?

Site Leaders are your school's main points of contact with LiveSchool and the key to the success of your school culture system! They play an important role in creating and updating your behavior rubric, rewards, and houses. You can learn more about Site Leaders here.

How does support work?

Our team is available to assist you from 9 am to 5 pm CST via chat and email. If your plan includes phone support, you will receive a dedicated link to schedule a call with our team!

Alignment

Does LiveSchool align with PBIS?

Yes! LiveSchool is a powerful tool for making your PBIS implementation more consistent, efficient, and engaging for students and staff.

What about data privacy?

LiveSchool offers comprehensive protections to ensure data is stored safely and used appropriately.

Can LiveSchool sign our district Data Agreement?

Yes, please submit your district's Data Agreement via our Vendor Approval page.

Subscriptions

How long does a subscription last?

Most subscriptions are for 12 months, often from July 1st through June 30th of the following year. Our team can work with you to offer a subscription length that meet your needs. Subscriptions of 2+ years are eligible for discounts.

What is the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with the service, please request a refund within the first 45 days of your subscription term. If you’re unable to launch LiveSchool due to unforeseen circumstances, reach out to our Success team and we can work with you to extend your subscription at no additional cost.
