What is Rewards360?

Rewards360 is a digital platform that makes managing school rewards fun, fair, and easy by allowing schools to offer both items and unique experiences for students through an online store. Unlike regular rewards systems that often rely on paper and spreadsheets, Rewards360 streamlines tracking, inventory, and fulfillment while enabling teachers to create separate classroom stores, enhancing engagement and convenience.

What types of rewards can we include?

Rewards can include a variety of options such as tangible items like snacks or stickers, special privileges or experiences like "Time with Friends in the Chill Room" or "Principal for a Day." These rewards can be managed and accessed easily through our online store platform, and also sold at your physical store. Click here to explore awesome rewards ideas!

How do students access online shopping?

There are multiple ways for students to access online shopping! These include SSO via Clever or Classlink, QR-based badges, or username and password created from a registration sheet.

Is there an extra cost for Rewards360?

All rewards features are included in the Premium subscription. If your school has a Starter subscription, you'll be able to access teacher, stores, inventory management, fulfillment tracking. Student shopping requires an add-on to the Starter subscription. Reach out to our team if you'd like to add this on!

How does Rewards360 support PBIS?

Rewards360 makes Tier 1 PBIS significantly easier – and more fun – for your staff and students! It provides students with a modern and engaging portal to your school's rewards, while enabling teachers to create classroom-specific stores, tracks student purchases digitally, manages inventory, and schedules reward experiences. These feastures streamline the process of motivating and celebrating students with less paperwork.

Can teachers have their own classroom stores?

Yes! Teachers can add their own items and experiences. Teachers have the option to enable online shopping so that students can purchase classroom rewards online! Teachers always have the option to charge a reward directly in the staff app.

Can we control when the store is open or closed?

Yes, you can control when the store is open or closed. When closed, students can only browse items in a view-only mode until you reopen it. You also have control over inventory and can manage the store’s availability directly in the app.

Is there a way to limit inventory?

Yes, you can limit inventory so students only redeem rewards that are available! Inventory automatically goes down as students make purchases. You'll receive an email when inventory is below 10%. If an item runs out students will see an out of stock label and be unable to purchase until you add more inventory.

Can we track rewards that are given out physically in school?

Yes! When students purchase a reward online, it will go into a queue to be fulfilled by one of the managers of that reward. When the student receives the reward, it can be marked as complete by a staff member. You can also continue to charge for rewards sold in person directly from the LiveSchool app.

How do we know when a student has purchased a reward?

All student purchases appear within the Fulfillment section of LiveSchool. You will also see a notification bubble at the top of your LiveSchool app whenever there are pending purchases for rewards that you help manage.

What devices can students use to shop?

Student Shopping occurs in a student's Recap. The Recap site is available on any device with internet connection and browser. There is also an iOS app available. Recaps can be accessed from Android using the website.

What if we don’t want students to shop during class?

If you don’t want students to shop during class, you can simply keep the school store “closed,” which puts students in browse-only mode until you choose to reopen it, ensuring no purchases can be made during instructional time. This gives you full control over when students can shop while still allowing them to explore rewards at appropriate times.

What if a student changes their mind after buying a reward?

If a student changes their mind after buying a reward, an administrator can refund the reward by accessing the student's purchase timeline and processing the refund within the app.

Can parents see their child’s purchases or balance?

Yes, parents and guardians with access to a student's Recap can see their child’s purchases and balance, in addition to their LiveSchool points and feedback from teachers.
