The House names at Bester Elementary are the Latin roots of the Character Counts program. Lacey Shaw and the PBIS Team partnered up with their guidance counselor to help integrate the Character Counts pillars into PBIS.
Each House has a corresponding color and every month, the House can earn a reward for the most points. Some past rewards were breakfast in the cafe with a movie, extra recess, Pie in the Face Assembly, etc.
Houses are encouraged to show their spirit on that day by wearing their color if they won the reward!
