Principal Hanson has been an educator for 31 years.  This is his 19th as the principal of Devils Lake High School in Devils Lake, ND.  His school is home to approximately 500 9th-12th graders.  He encourages every student to become the best version of themselves prior to graduating.  As a staff, we build advocacy, perseverance, and a growth mindset in our students.  Relationship-building with students and families is our top priority.  In his free time, he golfs with his family (weather permitting in North Dakota), enjoys watching the Devils Lake Firebirds compete, attends Miki's School of Dance events, and travels.
