This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission by ensuring the successful implementation of LiveSchool, promoting adoption, securing renewals, and collaborating with our partner schools and districts.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Customer Success Associate, your primary responsibilities will revolve around securing renewals from our current partner schools and districts, as well as hosting Site Setup Office Hours for new and returning schools. Your role is crucial in achieving student, teacher, and school leader satisfaction while driving adoption of LiveSchool among our partners. You will work closely with our Sales teammates to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure Renewals: Collaborate with partner schools and districts to understand their goals, communicate their needs to internal teams, and ensure the successful renewal of LiveSchool subscriptions.
- Host Site Setup Office Hours: Conduct regular sessions with new and returning schools to provide guidance and support for their LiveSchool implementation. Collaborate with schools to create effective onboarding plans, set clear deadlines, and track deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate partner needs and feedback to internal team members, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Customer Engagement: Leverage customer insights to create meaningful engagements and build strong relationships with partner schools and districts. Act as a trusted advisor, offering support and solutions to address their challenges and drive successful outcomes.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of LiveSchool's settings, procedures, and technical knowledge. Be capable of explaining technical concepts in non-technical terms to assist schools and districts in maximizing the platform's potential.
Requirements:
- Project Management and Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects, communicate with stakeholders, and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners
- Collaboration and Enthusiasm: High energy and enthusiasm for collaborating with educators and school leaders, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in navigating and utilizing LiveSchool's settings and procedures. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical individuals.
- Empathy and Problem-Solving: Strong empathy for students, teachers, and parents, with a determination to identify and address their needs and challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Classroom Experience: Prior experience in a classroom setting and a track record of supporting schools in implementing educational software
- Customer Satisfaction: Passion for achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and a desire to educate and empower customers rather than simply demonstrating product features
